Whilst in LA we tried a few new restaurants that we thought we would share with you incase you were heading to LA and not sure where to go to eat. We always LOVE a restaurant recommendation so here goes!
CATCH LA
If you are wanting somewhere that feels really special then this is a great place to try. The entrance looked spectacular filled with flowers and it had a cool vibe to it with low lighting and a GREAT sound track. It is perfect for getting a few bits to share with friends and the puddings- WOW we got a selection and they were incredible, think donuts wheels, muffins and chocolate fountains kinda wow.
EP &LP
If you are a fan of Asian food then this one might be for you (not so much Olivia’s choice). This was another low lighting venue with music playing and a bar and dance floor upstairs. Perhaps somewhere to try with the girls for a night out rather than a chilled supper.
ZINQUE
This was more of a lunch spot that dinner but we sat in the sunshine and had some of the most incredible salads. It was the type of place we could have happily sat outside in our comfy chairs all day sipping on fresh orange juice.
THE IVY
Not to be confused with the Ivy restaurants we have over here but just as special. The Ivy in LA has a old Hollywood glamour feel to it and the classic American food was incredible! I think the cocktails were also possibly the best that we had all week too!
GRACIAS MADRE
Gracias Madre has a fantastic range of plant based Mexican food and a super chilled environment. I know this is a favourite place for many people who have tried it and perfect for a number of occasions with big groups or one on one dates.
