FIVE BALENCIAGA ALTERNATIVES


With the ‘dad trainer’ ‘ugly trainer’ or ‘chunky trainer’ trend (however you like to refer to it) being bigger than ever and looking like it is here to stay we thought we would have a look at some of the options out there. Although the Balenciaga’s are INSANE and will forever be one of our faves we feel like we have seen them so so much on the gram that we have found ourselves looking for something a little different (and a little cheaper). Still in the same realm but just a little different. If you are looking for some chunky trainer inspo then look no further than the below.

1.) ASH Trainers

We both have a pair of ASH trainers and LOVE them! Below are the pair that Olivia has but they have so so many amazing pairs you will find it hard to choose! They also currently have 20% off!

2.) Adidas Yung 1

If you are a fan of the full white look then these adidas ones are a sure winner. They also come in orange which we are totally in love with!

3.) Public Desire

For just £34.99 you can get these Public desire beauties and be in with the trend. We love the contrasting pink and red on these as well as the striped laces and find them super comfy.

4.) Nike Air Max 95 Trainers

How gorgeous are these Air Max in nude with the pale pink? Again these come in a range of colours but we feel like this colour is particularly beautiful, what do you think?

5.) Puma Thunder Rive Trainers

Last but not least are these from Puma. Very aptly names Glacier Cherry the lilac and cherry colours go amazingly together and we love the pop of blue to the back.
