It looks like the shoe we will all be wearing this spring/summer is the ‘thong’ or ‘flip flop’ style heel. Chic, understated and most importantly comfortable it seems this shoe is destined to be taking over from where strappy sandal of last year left off. A team that are always in the know of ‘what’s hot’ are the women at Who What Wear and they have recently launched this style heel as part of the Who What Wear Collection. We were lucky enough to get our hands on the simple black pair which we have found we have worn a lot already. Their whole range of latest shoes are available from Selfridges and also have this style in a snake print and a cream!
Another brand offering a whole variety of colours in this style shoe which they have named the “Nina’ which we personally think sounds better than ‘thong’ is Topshop. If you fancy giving them a go we would definitely recommend having a look at the options Topshop have. Although these shoes can be worn in a more casual way they would also be great for a wedding (think of all the dancing you could get done in these!)
